Terms and Conditions for Farm to Table Tour Events

1. Acceptance of TermsBy purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending any Farm to Table Tour event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our events.

2. Participation at Your Own RiskFarm to Table Tour and its organizers, sponsors, vendors, venues, and affiliates (hereafter referred to as "we" or "us") are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages (including property damage) that may occur during your participation in any event. Participation is entirely at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility and waive all claims of liability against us.

3. Non-Refundable PolicyAll ticket purchases, registrations, and associated fees for Farm to Table Tour events are non-refundable. This includes situations where you are unable to attend, regardless of reason. We encourage careful consideration before purchasing tickets to ensure your availability for the event date.

4. Event Cancellation or ReschedulingWhile we strive to ensure all events proceed as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our control may necessitate the cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of an event. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event or find an alternative date that accommodates participants. However, we cannot guarantee that all participants will be able to attend the rescheduled event.
  • Refunds will not be issued for canceled or rescheduled events.
  • Participants will be notified of any changes as promptly as possible via the contact information provided during registration.

5. Personal Responsibility
  • Travel and Accommodation: Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their travel and accommodations. Farm to Table Tour is not responsible for any travel-related issues, including cancellations or delays.
  • Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their personal health and safety. This includes, but is not limited to, adherence to any venue policies, local regulations, or health advisories in effect at the time of the event.

6. Photography and Media ConsentBy attending a Farm to Table Tour event, you grant us permission to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken of you during the event for promotional, marketing, or other purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any media, please inform the event staff prior to participation.

7. Event ConductParticipants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. We reserve the right to remove individuals who engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior without a refund. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior towards other participants, staff, or vendors.
  • Violating venue rules or local laws.
  • Endangering the health or safety of others.

8. Force MajeureFarm to Table Tour shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or labor disputes.

9. Changes to Terms and ConditionsWe reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying participants via email or other communication methods.

10. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Farm to Table Tour, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in our events or your violation of these terms and conditions.

11. Governing LawThese terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery or Fulton County, New York.
